We created a dataset whose information are coming from the Mcdonald’s Swiss website.

  • The dataset contains 13 variables (features) and 107 observations corresponding to the choice of food in McDonald’s restaurants.

    The variables are as follows:

    • name = name of the food (ex: Big Mac, Cheesburger, etc.)
    • category = type of food (ex: beef, chicken, etc.)
    • descriptif = offical text from McDonald explaining the food
    • portion = quantity of grams corresponding to the food
    • Kcal = number of calories per food
    • proteine = amount of proteine in grams
    • glucides = amount of carbohydrates in grams
    • sucres = amount of sugar in grams
    • lipides = amount of lipids in grams
    • acides_gras_Sat = amount of saturated fatty acids in grams
    • fibres = amount of fibres in grams
    • sel = amount of salt in grams
    • allergie = types of allergies that may be caused by the absorption of the food in question
